here's how it works

- consult (phone or in person): we discuss the type of event, your vision, colors, deadlines, special needs or requests, and quantities

- design concepting: for custom work we discuss a few ideas based on our consult

- design refining: for existing designs that just need tweaking to suit your needs

- contract

- deposit of half: due after the contract is signed

- refining design, sending physical samples and digital mock ups of design and text for final approval

- print: the job goes to print and final payment is due

- delivery: invitations are either mailed to guests by me or shipped to the client. i do offer a mailing service to help make your life easier and to also help save money on shipping charges.

You want your save the dates mailed out 5-6 months before the wedding, and your invitations 6-8 weeks before the wedding. I can do rush jobs in under a month, however you want to give about 3 months or more to complete a design, approve proofs and complete the job. I always try to work with your deadlines and schedule, however more time allows more attention.

my clients are a part of the process the entire time. whenver a change is made to any of the files, i send them samples or email for them to approve before moving forward to the next step.

you can feel comfortable knowing that through express shipping, email, and digital photography, you are never left in the dark.

rush jobs (due in less than 1 month) must understand that limited time means there may be no time to send samples. therefore, digital mock ups and/or digital photos may be all that time allows for approval. i do the absolute best i can to make the process as accomodating as possible, so i will do everything i can to make sure your needs are met and you end up with a spectacular result.
